Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and unopened.
✔ In their original packaging.
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hair care products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale items and gift cards.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@sophise.com to initiate your return.

  2. We will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.

  3. If the item is damaged upon delivery, please send clear photos to assist with your claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, contact us at support@sophise.com.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the current product and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
